PROJECT SUMMARY
132,985 SF Core and Shell office building renovation located in Soho (Grand and Lafayette).The project is reusing a majority of the exterior shell and creating sustainable tenant guidelines to maintain the green integrity of the building. Many tenants that have moved into the building since its renovation have made the decision to pursue LEED–CI certification for their own fit outs within the existing LEED Core and Shell building.
