PROJECT SUMMARY
The Watchcase Factory is a nineteenth century industrial building on a 2.25 acre site in the historic center of the Village of Sag Harbor. Built in the 1880's, the factory building has stood empty for more than 25 years. The historic 4-story brick factory building will be extensively rehabilitated to house sixty-three new high-end apartment units.
