PROJECT SUMMARY
12 acre mixed-use project located at the intersection of Interstate 95 & Route 7 in Norwalk, CT. The project will include approximately 125,000 SF retail, 2,500 parking spaces, 250 residential units, 140 hotel rooms, and 600,000 SF of office, as well as public plazas and streetscapes.
