PROJECT SUMMARY
1,500 acre new mixed-use city. When completed in 2012, New Songdo City will include 350 buildings, housing 65,000 residents and a workforce of 300,000 people. The development is being designed and constructed to LEED-ND guidelines, and each of the 350 buildings on the site will be LEED certified.
