PROJECT SUMMARY
32-story 345,000 SF, muti-use development in the historical heart of Harlem. The project encompasses a jazz club, jazz museum, two smaller theaters, a community center with convention facilities, offices, retail on the main floors, and a high rise luxury hotel and residential tower. The New Victoria Center is a restoration of the Victoria Theater, sister theater and adjacent to the world famous Apollo Theater. The project will be restoring part of the original facade and merging the historical architecture with the modern glass design of the high rise tower.
