PROJECT SUMMARY
20 unit mixed-use development located at the base of the Snowmass ski area, near Aspen, CO. The base village will serve as the central hub for lodging and entertainment for the Snowmass ski area, as well as providing office space, retail and access to local and regional transportation. The base village is comprised of 13 mixed-use buildings set in a pedestrian-oriented landscape above a parking garage and transit center. Six of these buildings are seeking LEED-NC certification, one is seeking LEED-CS certification and a LEED-ND certification is being pursued for the entirety of the development.
