LEED Green Associate Exam Prep Training
This is a half-day event designed to provide a basic understanding of green building and LEED from a general, non-technical perspective. The class is a prep course for the Green Associate exam, which is administered by GBCI and is a pre-requisite for taking the LEED Accredited Professional exam.
Specific learning objectives for the course include:
- A basic understanding of sustainability issues and green building strategies
- How LEED works
- Understand the environmental intent for each LEED credit
- Recognize strategies to achieve LEED credit category goals
- Explain regulations, recognitions and incentives related to each LEED credit category
- Tips for the LEED Green Associate exam
