Design and Construction

YRG's Design and Construction team provides technical and strategic support for building projects throughout the development process. We help owners realize meaningful and attainable environmental, economic, and social sustainability goals that fit the constraints and market of a given project, including LEED certification and beyond.

Our role is to integrate with the design team and direct and manage the sustainability-related aspects of the project; supporting the design and decision making with targeted and appropriate research, recommendations, and energy saving / cost-benefit related analysis.

YRG also works closely with the construction and operations teams to make sure that the sustainability goals are carried through to project completion and occupancy.
