YRG provides technical and strategic sustainability consulting services to support a high level of performance, value, and quality in the built environment and within business and organizations.

To accomplish this, YRG is organized into five primary work teams:

• Design and Construction
  YRG's Design and Construction team provides technical and strategic support for building projects throughout the development process. We help owners realize meaningful and attainable environmental, economic, and social sustainability goals that fit the constraints and market of a given project, including LEED certification and beyond.



• Business and Operations
  YRG's Business Operations team supports the development and implementation of client sustainability initiatives. We create and manage the implementation of policies, programs, and facility improvements with the goal of optimizing the environmental, economic, and social performance of an entity’s products and internal operations.



• Communities
  YRG's Communities team supports the design and implementation of master planned development projects and local governmental community planning through comprehensive sustainability project management services.



• Trainings and Workshops
  YRG provides sustainability related trainings and workshops for groups and organizations that range from one hour to multiple day sessions.

• Marketing and Media

YRG's Marketing and Media team helps companies take their business and sustainability-related efforts to another level. With a finger  on the pulse of the target market and current trends and technologies, we work with organizations to apply new and social media, community-based marketing, events, video and more to effectively communicate, leverage, and build a community, presence and marketplace.
